Fredy Juarez-Sanchez
CEO / Project Manager
Fredy Juarez has over 24 years of experience in industrial construction, maintenance, and project management. He began his career in 1999 as a Scaffold Helper and worked his way through the ranks to become a Scaffold Journeyman before transitioning into industrial insulation.
From 1999 through 2010, Fredy gained extensive hands-on experience in scaffolding, insulation, maintenance, and industrial construction projects throughout the United States. In 2010, he joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 50 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where he completed a four-year apprenticeship program and earned his Journeyman Carpenter certification.
Between 2010 and 2020, Fredy served as a Foreman on numerous large-scale industrial projects before advancing into Superintendent and Project Manager positions. Throughout his career, he has specialized in industrial scaffolding, mechanical insulation, industrial painting and coatings, sandblasting, surface preparation, outage management, project estimating, and construction management.
His broad field and management experience allows him to successfully oversee complex industrial projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Jorge Alvarado
Vice President
Jorge Alvarado has over 23 years of experience in industrial construction and maintenance. Throughout his career, he has progressed from apprentice-level positions into leadership and construction management roles.
Jorge has worked extensively with major industrial contractors, including Brand Energy and Safway, where he gained significant experience in scaffolding, insulation, industrial maintenance, workforce management, and project execution.
